Russet Burbank

Medium sized plants. The tubers are large, long, cylindrical or slightly flattened. They have lightly to heavily netted russet-colored skin. The eyes are numerous, evenly distributed. White flesh.
 
Medium to high yielding variety, attractive appearance, washes well at maturity. They have a long dormancy period and store well.
 
These potatoes are excellent for boiling, baking, chipping, and french frying. The chief markets are fresh market, processing for french fries.

The plants are medium sized. The tubers are long and have smooth to lightly netted buff skin. The eyes are medium deep and evenly distributed. White flesh.
 
High yielding variety; good grade of large tubers. Good resistance to second growth.   Grades well with few culls. Good storage quality, needs through-the-pile ventilation.
 
These potatoes are excellent for boiling, baking, and french frying, unsuitable for chipping. The chief market is fresh market, processing for fries.
